 2.  Factories (party B) Accept and sign the Contracts of (party A),   then production and sale the products. 

  3.  Win Disinfector Corporation (party A) and the Factories (party B) practice / use that the Products Profit Divide, balance accounts. 

 4.  Factories (party B) must have enough circulating fund, factory building, machines equipment, materials, storehouse and work masters etc..
